Yumin CRM, pre-configured for the way your kind of organisation actually works.
Industries
What do you run?
The same core system, configured differently depending on what you actually manage. A chamber does not run on a sales pipeline, and a retailer does not run on committee minutes. Pick the edition that matches your organisation and the record, the fields and the workflows arrive already shaped for it.

The common core
Six functional clouds, on every edition.
Sales
Pipelines, quotes, approvals and forecasting, shaped to whatever you actually sell, whether that is membership, advertising space, billable hours or stock.
Service
Cases, queues, escalation and resolution against the same record the customer's conversations sit on, so nobody answers a complaint without the history in front of them.
Marketing
Segments, campaigns and journeys built from your real data rather than an exported list, with results written back to the record they came from.
Commerce
Products, orders, payments, invoices and dunning, wherever the money comes from — a subscription, a ticket, an insertion order or a basket.
Growth
Retention, renewals, churn signals and the reporting that tells you which of them is moving, before the renewal date rather than after it.
Talent
The people side of the organisation: roles, onboarding, permissions and who is responsible for what, on the same system as everything else.
What implementation looks like
Four steps, run by our team in Dubai.
1. We look at what you run today
Your current system, your spreadsheets, your forms and the things people do by hand. We are trying to find the work, not to admire the tools.
2. We configure the edition
Record structure, fields, permissions, workflows and the first reports, set up against how your organisation is actually shaped rather than a demo tenant.
3. We migrate your data
Members, clients, subscribers, orders, history. Cleaned, matched and loaded, with you checking a sample before anything goes live.
4. We train and hand over
Sessions for the daily users and for your administrator, in English or Arabic, then a go-live date you agreed and a support route on WhatsApp afterwards.
The edition is the start, not the whole system.
Whichever edition you run, Yumin Connect puts your team on one official WhatsApp number, Yumin Answer replies when nobody is at a desk, Yumin Events runs your programme end to end, and Yumin Social keeps your feed going. All of them write back to the same record.
Questions about editions
What exactly is an edition?
A configuration of Yumin CRM: the record structure, fields, workflows, permissions and reports that a particular kind of organisation needs, set up before you log in. It is not separate software and it is not a template you have to finish yourself.
What if we are two of these at once?
Common, and not a problem. A chamber that also publishes a journal, or a firm that also runs a training business, is set up on the closest edition with the other modules added. Tell us both halves when you message and we will say how we would shape it.
Our sector is not listed. Can you still help?
Often yes, on the core configuration with the clouds you need. We will tell you plainly whether we have done your sector before rather than claiming it. If the fit is poor, we will say so instead of selling you an implementation.
Can we move to a different edition later?
Yes. Your data stays on the same core record, so changing edition is a reconfiguration rather than a migration to a new system. There is usually a small piece of work involved, and we quote it before starting.
What does an edition cost?
Get a quote. Pricing depends on the edition, the number of people with a login, which of the six clouds you switch on and the migration in front of us. Build the shape in the calculator and send it to us, and a written quote follows the same day.
Tell us what you run, and we will tell you what fits.
Message us with your sector and roughly how many people would use the system. We come back the same day with the edition we would put you on, what it includes, and a written quote.
