Cloud

Cloud, set up and looked after.

Most businesses do not need a cloud strategy. They need their email to work, their files to be where people expect them, their servers to stay up and somebody to call when they do not. We set up Google, AWS, Microsoft and business email properly, move you across without losing anything, supply the licences and look after it every month.

Set up once, properly — Accounts, domains, security settings and access done right at the start rather than patched later. Moved without downtime — Migration planned around your working week, with a rollback position at every step. Looked after monthly — A support arrangement with a route to a person, not a queue in another time zone.
What it is

Setup, migration, licence supply and ongoing support for the major cloud platforms and your business email.

What it is not

Reselling you licences and disappearing. The licence is the smallest part of this, and the support arrangement is the point.

Works with

Everything else we do, including Yumin CRM and Yumin Connect.

What we look after

Four platforms, one team to call.

Google Cloud and Workspace

What Yumin does

  • Setup: Your domain, organisation and users on Google Workspace, with groups, shared drives, calendars and sharing rules configured to how your business is actually structured. On Google Cloud, your projects, billing, networking and access set up before anything is deployed.
  • Migration: Mail, contacts, calendars and files moved across from whatever you are on today, in a planned cutover with nothing left behind on an old account nobody can log into.
  • Licence supply: Workspace and Google Cloud licences at provider price through a partner, plus Yumin fees for the work around them.
  • Security settings: Two-step verification enforced, administrator accounts separated from daily ones, sharing and external access rules set, device policies and recovery arranged.
  • Monthly support: Users added and removed, access reviewed, problems fixed, and a person to reach on WhatsApp during working hours.

Who it is for: Businesses that live in email, documents and shared drives, and teams building on Google Cloud who want the platform run by someone else.

AWS

What Yumin does

  • Setup: Accounts and organisation structure, networking, identity and access, tagging and billing separation, so the environment is understandable from the first day rather than after an incident.
  • Migration: Applications, databases and servers moved from on-premise hardware or another provider, with a tested plan, a maintenance window and a way back.
  • Licence and consumption: AWS consumption at provider price through a partner, plus Yumin fees. Your usage is visible to you, not marked up behind a single invoice line.
  • Security settings: Least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on privileged accounts, encryption, logging, backups and a restore you have actually tested.
  • Monthly support: Monitoring, patching, cost review and changes, with escalation arrangements written into your agreement.

Who it is for: Businesses running applications, databases or workloads that need to stay up, and anyone whose current AWS account grew without a plan.

Microsoft Azure

What Yumin does

  • Setup: Tenant, subscriptions, identity, networking and policy configured together, with Microsoft 365 users and groups joined up to the rest of the estate rather than managed separately.
  • Migration: Servers, file shares, applications and mail moved into Azure and Microsoft 365, including from an ageing server in a cupboard that everyone is afraid to touch.
  • Licence supply: Microsoft licences at provider price through a partner, plus Yumin fees, with the right plan for what you actually use rather than the largest one.
  • Security settings: Conditional access, multi-factor authentication, administrator role separation, device management, backup and retention configured deliberately.
  • Monthly support: Licences and users managed, changes made, costs reviewed, and a named route to our team when something breaks.

Who it is for: Businesses already on Microsoft 365 that want the rest of the estate to match, and anyone moving off physical servers.

Business Email

What Yumin does

  • Setup: Professional email on your own domain for everyone in the business, with shared addresses for sales, accounts and support that more than one person can answer.
  • Migration: Existing mail, contacts and calendars moved over with history intact, and old addresses kept forwarding so nothing sent to them is lost.
  • Deliverability: Your domain's sending records configured properly, so your invoices and quotes arrive in an inbox rather than a spam folder.
  • Licence supply: Mailbox licences at provider price through a partner, plus Yumin fees.
  • Monthly support: Joiners and leavers handled, mailboxes recovered, spam and phishing problems dealt with, and backups in place.

Who it is for: Any business still using a free personal email address for work, or one whose mail is spread across accounts nobody controls.

What it costs

Two figures, and we keep them apart.

Provider licences and consumption

Supplied at provider price through a partner, plus Yumin fees. What the provider charges is what you pay for the licence or the usage, and it appears on your invoice as its own line.

Yumin fees

The setup project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope. Ongoing support is a monthly fee based on the number of users and what you want covered. Both are quoted in AED, excluding VAT where it applies.

Get a quote

We do not publish a figure for either, because the licence depends on the provider's own pricing and the fee depends on your estate. Message us and you get a written quote.

Questions

Questions about cloud

Do we own our accounts?

Yes, always. Your domain, your tenant, your accounts, in your business name, with your own administrator access. If you ever stop working with us, nothing has to be moved or recovered, because none of it was ever held in our name.

Will there be downtime during a migration?

We plan for none, and we tell you honestly where a short window is unavoidable. Cutovers are scheduled around your working week, tested first, and every step has a way back. You will know the plan before it starts.

Can you support what we already have?

Usually yes. Plenty of our support work is taking over an environment somebody else set up. We start with a review of what is there, tell you what is wrong with it in plain terms, and quote the remediation separately from the ongoing support.

Which provider should we choose?

It depends on what you run and what your team already knows, and we have no incentive to push one. Most small businesses need Workspace or Microsoft 365 and nothing more. Talk to us about the workload rather than the brand.

What does it cost?

Provider licences and consumption are at provider price through a partner, plus Yumin fees. The setup is a fixed price against a scope and support is a monthly fee. Message us with your user count and what you run today, and we come back with a written quote.

Tell us what you run, and we will take it from there.

Message us with how many people you have, what your email is on today and anything you are running on a server. We come back the same day with what we would do and a written quote.
