Yumin Events

Run every event from one place.

The website, the agenda, the speakers, the tickets, the badges, the door and the report afterwards. One system for the whole event, instead of a ticket shop, three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group that nobody can find anything in on the morning.

Your own domain — The event site runs on your domain and your branding, not on somebody else’s marketplace. Offline-verified badges — Badges scan and verify at the door with no internet, then sync when the connection returns. 5-role event-day app — One app, five different views, so each person on the ground sees only their job.
What it is

Full event management, from the first announcement to the report after the last session.

What it is not

Only a ticket shop, and not a CRM.

Works with

CRM, Connect and Social.

What you get

Eight parts of an event, one system.

Everything below is built into Events. Switch on what your event needs and leave the rest closed.

01

Event website

A full event site on your own domain, with your branding, in English and Arabic. Pages for the programme, the venue, travel and accommodation, the speakers, the sponsors and the registration. You edit it yourself, and every change is live immediately without waiting on an agency.

02

Agenda and sessions

Build the programme session by session: tracks, rooms, times, chairs and capacity. Attendees browse it on the site and build their own schedule, sessions with limited seats close when they are full, and a change to the agenda updates everywhere at once, including the app in people’s hands on the day.

03

Speakers and sponsors

Collect speaker profiles, photos, biographies and consent through a form instead of by email. Sponsors get their tier, logo placement across the site and the app, their allocation of passes and their own booth listing, all managed from the same place rather than tracked by hand.

04

Run-of-show

The minute-by-minute plan for the people running the event: what happens, when, in which room, who is responsible and what has to be ready before it starts. Your production team, AV crew and hosts all work from the same live version, so a delay in one room is visible to everyone who needs to know.

05

Registration and ticketing

Registration forms you design, with the questions you actually need, in English and Arabic. Free, paid, invitation-only, group and delegation bookings, discount codes, tiered pricing and waiting lists. Payments go through your own payment provider, and confirmations go out by email and on WhatsApp through Connect.

06

QR badges and check-in

Every attendee gets a QR badge. At the door it is scanned and verified against the register, including when the venue Wi-Fi fails, because verification works offline on the device and syncs when the connection comes back. Badges print on site for walk-ins, and session doors can be scanned separately to record who attended what.

07

Event-day app (5 roles)

One app for your team on the day, with five roles so nobody is hunting through screens that are not theirs: Organiser sees everything and the live numbers; Door scans and checks in; Session controls the room and its capacity; Sponsor sees and scans their own booth leads; Speaker sees their sessions, rooms and times. Roles are assigned by you and can be changed during the event.

08

Reports

Registrations against capacity, attendance against registration, revenue by ticket type, no-shows, session-by-session attendance, and leads collected by each sponsor. Available live during the event and exportable afterwards, so the sponsor report and the board summary come out of the system rather than out of somebody’s weekend.

Formats

In person, virtual or both.

In person

A venue, a door, badges and rooms. Check-in, session scanning and capacity control all run on site and keep working when the connection does not.

Virtual

Registration, a programme, joining links sent to each registrant, and attendance recorded per session so you know who actually turned up rather than who signed up.

Hybrid

One registration, one agenda and one attendee list covering both audiences, with each person marked as attending in the room or online, and reporting that keeps the two apart where it matters.

You do not need the rest of Yumin to use Events

Events is a complete system by itself. You can run your whole event on it without Yumin CRM, without Connect and without Social, and plenty of organisations do exactly that for one annual conference. If you already run Yumin CRM, attendees and their event history land on the same customer record as everything else. If you run Connect, confirmations and reminders go out on WhatsApp. Those are additions, not requirements.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start

Can we use our own domain and branding?

Yes. The event site runs on your domain — your own, or a subdomain of it — with your logo, colours and typefaces. There is no Yumin branding on the attendee-facing site, and your event is not listed in anybody’s marketplace alongside other people’s events.

What happens if the venue internet fails?

Check-in keeps working. Badge verification runs on the device against a copy of the register held locally, so the door does not stop when the Wi-Fi does. Everything scanned while offline syncs to the system as soon as the connection returns, and duplicates are caught at that point.

How do payments work?

Through your own payment provider, into your own account. We connect it during setup. You can also take free registrations, invitation-only registrations, group and delegation bookings, and offline or bank-transfer payments recorded against the registration by your team.

Does it handle Arabic?

Yes. The event site, the registration forms and the confirmations can run in Arabic and English, and attendees choose. Your team writes both versions during setup, and we help with the layout so the Arabic pages read properly rather than looking like a translation bolted on.

Can we run more than one event at a time?

Yes. Each event has its own site, agenda, ticket types, registration list and team roles, and you switch between them from one place. Attendee history follows the person across your events, so you can see who came last year when you plan this year’s invitations.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the event, how many events you run in a year and how much setup work your first one needs, so we quote it in writing rather than publishing a price. Tell us the event, the expected attendance and the date, and we will come back with a quote.

Tell us about your next event.

Send us the event, the expected attendance and the date. We will show you the system with your event in it and quote you in writing.
