A set of Yumin products quoted and set up as one plan, chosen to fit a common way of working.
Bundles
Four ways to put it together.
Most organisations do not need one product. They need a front desk, or a membership engine, or the whole thing running as one system. These are the four combinations we are asked for most, and each one is quoted as a single plan.
A discount trick or a way of selling you a product you will never open. If a bundle is more than you need, the calculator will let you pick less.
Everything. A bundle can be extended with any other Yumin product at any point.

Front Desk
Products inside: Yumin Connect · Yumin Answer
For whom: A business where almost everything arrives as a message and nobody has time to answer it twice. Clinics, salons, service centres, small agencies, showrooms.
What it does for you: One official WhatsApp number for the business, a shared inbox so every enquiry is visible to the team rather than trapped on one person's phone, and an AI assistant that answers the routine questions the moment they arrive, at night and at the weekend, then hands the conversation to a person when it should. You stop losing enquiries because somebody was busy.

Community OS
Products inside: Yumin CRM · Yumin Events · Yumin Connect
For whom: An organisation whose members are the business. Associations, federations, chambers, trade bodies, professional institutes, foundations.
What it does for you: Every member, company, subscription, committee and event on one record. Renewals that chase themselves, an events programme that fills from the member list instead of a separate tool, and a WhatsApp channel members actually read for reminders, notices and confirmations. Your membership data and your event data stop being two different truths.

Growth
Products inside: Yumin CRM · Yumin Social · Yumin Connect
For whom: A business that needs to be seen, followed up and closed, without hiring a marketing team and a sales coordinator to do it.
What it does for you: Our team creates your social posts and publishes them once you approve. The people who respond land in an inbox on your official WhatsApp number and become records in the CRM, with the Sales and Marketing clouds tracking what happens next. Attention, enquiry and deal sit on one timeline instead of three tools.

Full Stack
Products inside: Yumin CRM · Yumin Connect · Yumin Answer · Yumin Events · Yumin Social
For whom: An organisation ready to run on one system rather than a pile of subscriptions nobody can reconcile at the end of the year.
What it does for you: Everything on one record: the marketing that brings people in, the AI that answers them, the team that takes over, the deals, the service tickets, the events, the payments and the reporting. One vendor, one invoice, one implementation plan, and a team in Dubai who set the whole thing up rather than leaving the joins to you.

What happens next
Four steps, and none of them is a sales sequence.
You tell us the shape
Which bundle sounds right, roughly how many people will use it, and what you run today. A short message is enough to start.
We ask what we need to
Usually a single call or WhatsApp thread about your data, your current tools and anything unusual. No discovery workshop unless the size of the project earns one.
You get a written quote
Every product on its own line, the one-time setup separately, pass-through costs named, and what is included in implementation. In AED, excluding VAT where it applies.
We set it up together
Configuration, migration of your existing data, training for your team, then go-live on a date you agreed rather than one we hoped for.
Want something none of these four covers?
Build exactly the combination you want in the pricing calculator instead. Tick the products, set your team size, and send the estimate on WhatsApp. A bundle is only a shortcut for the four shapes we are asked for most often, and there is nothing to stop you choosing your own.
Questions
Questions people ask about bundles
Is a bundle cheaper than buying the products separately?
A bundle is quoted as one plan, and the implementation is shared across the products in it rather than repeated, which is usually where the saving sits. Where a commercial discount applies it will be on your written quote in plain figures. We will not claim a percentage here that your quote might not match.
Can we drop a product later?
Yes. Tell us before your renewal date and the bundle is re-quoted without it from the next period. Your data stays intact, and the remaining products carry on working. Nothing is deleted because a product left the plan.
Do we have to use every product from day one?
No. Most organisations go live with the products they need first and switch the rest on over the following weeks. We agree the sequence with you in the implementation plan, so nobody is asked to learn five things in one morning.
Which bundle suits a membership organisation?
Community OS in almost every case. If you also publish, sell advertising or run a shop alongside membership, Full Stack is usually the better shape, because the Commerce cloud and the member record need to sit on the same system rather than reconcile at month end.
Are pass-through costs included in a bundle price?
No, and they are never absorbed into one. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta, ad spend on the Social Growth plan and any cloud provider licences are billed at cost on their own invoice lines, whichever bundle you are on.
Tell us which shape fits, and we will price it.
Message us with the bundle name and roughly how many people will use it. We come back the same day with a written quote and a straight answer on what setting it up involves.
