An AI reply assistant on WhatsApp.
Yumin Answer
Your WhatsApp front desk.
An AI assistant that replies on WhatsApp day and night. It answers the questions your customers actually ask, books the appointment, captures the lead, and hands the conversation to a person the moment one is needed.
How it works
Four things, done well.
Answer is deliberately narrow. It reads your material, replies on WhatsApp, takes the booking or the lead, and gets out of the way when a person should take over.
Learns your content
You give it what you already have: your price list, your service descriptions, your opening hours, your locations, your policies, the questions your team is tired of answering. It replies from that material and nothing else, so it does not invent an offer you do not sell or a price you do not charge. When your material changes, you update it and the replies change with it.
Replies on WhatsApp
It works on your official WhatsApp number through Yumin Connect, so the customer is talking to your business, not to a widget on a website they have already left. Replies arrive in seconds, at two in the morning and on a public holiday, in English or Arabic depending on how the customer wrote to you.
Books and captures leads
It asks the questions that turn a vague enquiry into something your team can act on: what the customer wants, when, where and how to reach them. It offers the slots you have made available and confirms the booking in the chat. The details are written up in one clean summary rather than scattered across thirty messages.
Hands over to a person
It knows what it does not know. When the question falls outside your material, when the customer is unhappy, or when they simply ask for a person, it stops, says so plainly, and passes the conversation to your team in the shared inbox with everything said so far attached. Nobody has to ask the customer to start again.
Choosing between them
Answer or CRM?
These two get confused, so here is the difference in plain terms. They are not alternatives for most businesses, but if you are only buying one, this is how to tell which one.
Yumin Answer
- Stores records. No. It reads your material and replies. It is not where your customer data lives.
- Replies to customers. Yes. That is the whole job — on WhatsApp, in seconds, day and night.
- Who uses it. Your customers, directly. Your team only sees the handovers.
- Typical size. A business of any size with more WhatsApp enquiries than people to answer them.
- Price shape. A monthly subscription, quoted on volume and how much setup your material needs.
Yumin CRM
- Stores records. Yes. One record per person and per company, holding every deal, ticket, invoice and event.
- Replies to customers. Not by itself. It gives your team the context; Connect and Answer carry the conversation.
- Who uses it. Your team, every day, as the system the organisation runs on.
- Typical size. An organisation with several people who need to see the same record.
- Price shape. A quote based on your edition, team size and the clouds you switch on.
Answer runs on top of Yumin Connect, so Connect is required either way. If you run both Answer and CRM, every conversation Answer handles writes itself onto the customer record.
Questions
Questions people ask before they start
Will it make things up?
It answers from the material you give it and is built to say it does not know rather than guess. If a customer asks something your material does not cover, it says so and hands the conversation to your team instead of inventing an answer. You review the replies in the first weeks and we tighten anything that reads wrong.
Can a customer always reach a person?
Yes. Asking for a human hands the conversation over immediately, and your team can take over any conversation at any moment from the shared inbox. You also set the hours and the topics where Answer should not attempt a reply at all and should pass straight to a person.
How good is the Arabic?
It reads and replies in Arabic and in English, and follows the customer’s lead when they switch. For anything you are particular about — your service names, how you address customers, terms specific to your sector — we set the wording during setup and your team reviews it before it goes live.
What does it need from us to get started?
Your official WhatsApp number on Connect, and your existing material: price list, services, hours, locations, policies and the questions you answer most. Most businesses already have all of it written down somewhere. We turn it into what Answer works from, and you approve the replies before it goes live.
What does it cost?
A monthly subscription, quoted on your conversation volume and how much setup your material needs, so we give you a written quote rather than a shelf price. Meta’s per-conversation fee on your WhatsApp number is separate and passed through at cost. Message us and we will quote you.
Let it answer the next message while you sleep.
Send us your number and the questions your team answers most. We will show you what Answer does with them and quote you in writing.
