Why we exist
Most growing businesses in this region end up in the same place. Customer details live in one person's phone. Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and disappear into a personal chat nobody else can see. Invoices sit in a spreadsheet, the event registration list sits in another, and the social media happens when somebody remembers. The software that would fix it is built for companies ten times the size, priced in a currency that is not yours, sold by a salesperson in another time zone, and configured by a consultant who has never seen how business is actually done here.
Yumin exists because that gap is unnecessary. We build for the businesses in it — a clinic in Deira, a trading company in Al Quoz, a chamber running its annual forum, an agency with twelve people and no IT department. Our products are meant to be switched on in days rather than quarters, run on WhatsApp because that is where customers already are, work in Arabic and English because both are needed, and be supported by people you can get on the phone in the same city. Nobody is going to fix your Monday morning from somewhere twelve hours behind you.
How we work
We are a Dubai company, licensed here, working with businesses across the UAE and the wider Gulf. We build for how business is done in this region — bilingual, on WhatsApp, with the documents and the working week the region actually uses. When something needs fixing, you are speaking to someone in your own time zone who can come to your office.
Our products are not five separate purchases that happen to share a logo. The CRM, the WhatsApp channel, the AI assistant, the events system and the social media all write to the same record. A message, a ticket, an invoice and an event check-in are four lines on one timeline. You can start with one product and add another without a migration project.
We would rather ship something you can use on Thursday than something impressive you will be configuring until March. We tell you what a product does today and what it does not. We quote in writing. We put the costs we pass through on the invoice as their own line. If a thing is not right for you, we say so.
