Project work delivered by Yumin's team in Dubai, on our own products and on the systems you already run.
Services
Services from our Dubai team.
Software on its own rarely fixes anything. Most of what we are asked for is the work around it: making the AI useful, building the piece that does not exist yet, moving an organisation onto a new system properly, and making sure the whole thing is not a risk to run. Five services, all delivered by our own people here.
Body-shopping or an offshore ticket queue. You get a named team and a scope, not a pool of hours.
Any of our products, and the tools you already have.
What we do
Five services. Each one has an outcome, not a rate card.
AI implementation
Outcome: The repetitive work in your business gets done by software that stays inside limits you set, and your team spends its day on the part that needs a person.
What is delivered
- A map of where AI would actually help, and where it would be a liability, written plainly and honestly.
- Assistants and automations built into the systems your team already opens, rather than a separate tool nobody remembers.
- The limits: what the AI may decide alone, what it drafts for approval, and who approves it, configured per role.
- A record of what the AI did and why, so a decision can be inspected after the fact instead of defended from memory.
Engagement model: A short discovery, then a first use case built and running before we scope the next. Fixed price per use case.
Custom development
Outcome: The thing your business needs that does not exist off the shelf gets built, connected to what you already run, and handed over with its source and its documentation.
What is delivered
- A scoped build: web application, portal, integration, internal tool or the missing piece between two systems.
- Integrations with your existing software through their interfaces, so data moves without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
- Testing, deployment and a handover that includes the code, the documentation and the access, all in your name.
- A support arrangement afterwards if you want one, written into the quote rather than assumed.
Engagement model: Fixed-price phases against an agreed specification, or a retained team for longer programmes.
CRM implementation
Outcome: Your organisation moves onto Yumin CRM with its real data in it, its real processes configured, and its people trained, on a date that was agreed rather than hoped for.
What is delivered
- Configuration of the edition and the functional clouds you need, against how your organisation actually works.
- Migration of your existing data from spreadsheets or your current system, cleaned, matched and checked by you before go-live.
- Integrations with your accounting, email, calendar, website and payment provider.
- Training for daily users and administrators, in English or Arabic, then support after go-live on WhatsApp.
Engagement model: A fixed-price implementation quoted with your subscription, phased so you go live on the essential part first.
Salesforce implementation
Outcome: If you already run Salesforce, or have decided to, it gets configured, cleaned up or extended by people who have done it before, without pretending you should move to ours instead.
What is delivered
- Configuration or rescue of an existing org: objects, flows, permissions, page layouts and the reports leadership actually uses.
- Data migration and de-duplication, with you checking a sample before anything is committed.
- Integrations, including to WhatsApp through Yumin Connect so conversations land on the record.
- Training and documentation for administrators and users, so the org is maintainable by your own people.
Engagement model: Scoped phases at a fixed price. We will tell you honestly if what you need is smaller than the project you were expecting.
Cyber risk management
Outcome: You know where your business is exposed, the obvious holes are closed, and your team knows what to do when something goes wrong.
What is delivered
- A practical risk review of your systems, accounts, access and data, written for a business owner rather than a security conference.
- Hardening of the things that are usually wrong: administrator access, multi-factor authentication, password practice, backups, email and device settings.
- Written policies your team can follow, and short training sessions that make them stick.
- An incident response plan that names who does what, in what order, before you need it.
Engagement model: A fixed-price review, then either a one-off remediation project or a monthly retainer to keep it maintained.
This is practical risk management and remediation work. It is not a formal compliance assessment, and we do not issue attestations of any kind.
How we work
Four steps, the same on every engagement.
A conversation, not a pitch
You tell us what is broken. We ask questions until we understand it, and we will say early if we are the wrong people for it.
A written scope and price
What is included, what is not, who does what, when it will be done and what it costs, in AED. You read it before anything starts.
The work, visible
A named team, a route to them on WhatsApp during working hours, and progress you can see rather than a status report at the end of the month.
Handover you own
Access, documentation and source in your name, and training for your people, so you are never held hostage by the fact that we built it.
Questions
Questions about our services
Do we have to use Yumin products to hire you?
No. Custom development, Salesforce work, AI implementation and cyber risk management are all delivered on the systems you already run. We will suggest our products where they genuinely fit and leave them out where they do not.
Who actually does the work?
Our own team, based in Dubai. You meet the people who will build it during scoping, and they stay on it. Where a specialist is needed we will tell you who and why before they start, not afterwards.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on the scope, and anyone who answers this without seeing yours is guessing. A first AI use case or a small integration is usually weeks. A full CRM implementation with migration is longer, and we phase it so you go live on the essential part early.
Do you work with organisations outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely, and we work in English and Arabic. Most of our clients are in the UAE and the wider Gulf, which is where we can also be in the room when that matters.
What does a project cost?
Get a quote. Every engagement is scoped and priced individually, in AED, excluding VAT where it applies. Message us with what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a scope and a written price rather than an hourly rate.
Tell us what is broken, and we will tell you what it takes.
Message us with the problem in your own words. A person on our Dubai team reads it, asks what they need to, and comes back with a scope and a written quote rather than a brochure.
Or call +971 50 688 7063, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Dubai time.
