This is you if: You want to be present on the dates that matter and you are not ready to pay for anything monthly.
Starter
AED 500 per monthEverything in Free, plus posts created for you every month by our team: the captions, the images, the hashtags and the timing, in your brand's colours and your voice. They land in an approvals inbox on your phone, you approve or ask for a change, and we publish to your accounts. Your brand voice is set up at the start, once, and everything after that follows it.
This is you if: You need a consistent, professional feed and you do not want to hire anyone or spend your evenings on it.
Growth
AED 2,000 per month, plus ad spend at costEverything in Starter, with a larger volume of posts each month, and paid social campaigns on the platforms where your customers actually are. Your advertising budget goes straight to the platforms at cost, with no margin from us, shown separately from our fee on every invoice. You set the budget and you can change or pause it at any time.
This is you if: Organic posting is not enough on its own and you want paid reach run properly rather than boosted at random.
Yumin Social covers social platforms. It does not include search engine advertising management on any plan.
On Starter and Growth
Three steps, and two of them are ours.

We create
Our team writes and designs the month's posts in your brand voice. You do not start from a blank page or pick from a template gallery.

You approve
Everything waits in one approvals inbox on your phone. Swipe through, approve what you like, request a change on what you do not, add a comment when you want something different. Minutes, not a meeting.

We publish
Approved posts are scheduled and published to your own accounts at sensible times. Nothing goes out that you have not seen and approved.
Questions
Questions about the plans
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, from the next billing period. Move from Starter to Growth when you want paid campaigns, or back down when you do not. Tell us before the renewal date and it takes effect at the next one.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Starter and Growth are monthly. Cancel before the next renewal date, the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. There is no year-long contract. The terms are set out on the refund page.
How much should I spend on ads?
That depends on your business and what you are trying to do, and it is your decision, not ours. We will tell you honestly what a budget can and cannot achieve before you commit to it, and you can change or stop it at any time.
Whose accounts are they?
Yours. We publish to social accounts that belong to your business, in your name, and you keep access throughout. If you stop working with us, the accounts, the followers and the posts stay with you.
Do you manage Google ads?
No. Yumin Social is social platforms only, on every plan. If you need search advertising, we will say so plainly rather than take a fee for something we do not do.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter and Growth include the brand voice setup at the start, and the monthly fee is the whole fee. The only thing billed on top, on Growth, is your ad spend at cost.
